I am a passionate fishermen, ever since I was two years old!
I was born in the USA, but when I was 12 years old, I moved to Germany, on the beautiful Lake of Constance, which is also my main fishing water. My fishing rods are always with me on every trip I go, no matter if it's for work or pleasure. That makes it possible for me to fish in different places and in different countries, which gives me a great opportunity to gain experience fishing.

For me fishing and cooking belong together!
I love to cook and that can easily be combined with my main hobby fishing. To freshly prepare the fish that you caught yourself, is a great pleasure for family and friends. And if it is requested, I can show you how to successfully prepare your fresh caught fish, so that it's also a real pleasure after your done fishing!

My motivation?
I really enjoy sharing my experience, because shared pleasure, is the double amount of pleasure! For me it is natural to help and support those that need it, especially when I'm fishing. Even people that I don't know and that I coincidentally meet while I'm fishing, I try to help out. That is also one of the reasons that I became a fishing coach.  
 

For me it is self-evident to respect nature!
I utilize most of the fish that I catch. For me that means that the animals I catch, shouldn't have to to suffer no more than necessary or better not at all. I try my hardest to treat the animals as gentle, appreciative and respectful as possible. For me that is an important aspect, that I also try to teach my students.
